I'm sorry for your loss. My best friend was brutally murdered in January 2006, Her partner bashed her to death - she died of massive head injuries as he had split her head open from her forehead to the base of her neck. She was only 18. She had to leave behind her one-and-a-half-year-old son. Her murderer only got 14 years in prison. I know she is in heaven and i know that she is safe. I hope that her and Jenny are looking down on us together. Thank you for allowing me to read Jenny's story. another year has passed and still no closure for me. I had the opportunity of dating jenny for a few years while I was in junior high then we were still seeing each other when I began high school. we both attended peninsula high school in southern California. she was a very kind and sweet person who always enjoyed life. I was Jenny's neighbor until she moved back to California. She and I had our ups and downs, but I considered her a friend. I think of her a lot. My mom still lives below the house that she lived in. Thank you for your strength in telling us Jenny's Story. My best friend, Elisabeth, was murdered. She was also 20. The stories are very similar and it was almost too hard to read the stories.
